This one starts on the dirt ... there is no need to go back into that person's driveway on the right. This one finishes ON THE PAVEMENT high pt. If you continue for about 50-75 meters past the end of the dirt road you'll notice that the road continues to rise. The segment end should match up at the top of the rise. To be safe, I would push the pace all the way through the top until it's obvious that you are going downhill.
About the video - it's in the reverse direction from the actual shootout climb. Scroll to about 2:55 into the video to see the approx FINISH of the shootout climb (on the pavement). The start is at about 5:50 of the video. Note that there can be cars on this road so be careful. There is not normally anybody walking and normally not any dogs but this video was on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in January and people were out enjoying the warm weather.
